Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact me. I want all my customers to love their jewelry from Jane Fuller Designs and am flexible with my return and exchange policies if you contact me soon after receiving your item.
I cannot pay for shipping but can exchange an item for another in my shop, or refund the full amount upon receipt of the returned item, provided it is in its original condition, if you inform me within 1 week of receiving the item, and I then receive the item within 2 weeks of the shipping date for US addresses or 3 weeks of the shipping date for international addresses unless a prior arrangement has been made.
During the holiday season, returns or exchanges will be accepted during the 2 weeks following Christmas on non custom items.
If an item needs to be returned it is advised to return it using registered mail with delivery confirmation and include insurance, as Jane Fuller Designs cannot be held responsible for damaged packages, or packages lost in the mail.
Although I am happy to re-work custom orders to size or style, I do not accept returns or exchanges on these orders. All ring orders (as they are made to a custom size) are final. Any pieces that has had a particular size requested that is not listed (like bangles, bracelets or necklace lengths) are also final. Again, I am happy to re-work a piece to adjust a size (for a small fee) but cannot accept a refund or exchange.
