This one-of-a-kind peridot pendant necklace is set in 14k solid gold, on a strand of natural blue-green tourmaline cube beads — a genuinely unusual combination of colors that work beautifully together.

The peridot itself is a rare variety — a rose-cut stone with Ludwigite inclusions, which are needle-like black mineral crystals within the green peridot. These inclusions are prized by collectors for the striking contrast they create against the olive-green color of the stone. The high-domed rose cut lets the light play across the surface in a warm, shifting glow. It’s set in a 14k solid gold bezel with three decorative gold dots at the base, and measures 15 x 10mm.

The bead strand is made of faceted 2mm cube-cut blue-green tourmaline, punctuated with two 14k solid gold tube beads framing the pendant on either side. The necklace is 16” with a 1” extender, wearable between 16” and 17”.
