This natural stone has a stunning vibrant reddish orange hue. It is a faceted Mexican Fire Opal that is 6mm in diameter and is set in a 14k solid gold tube setting that is open at the back. The chain is a 14k solid gold 1.3mm cable chain with a lobster clasp closure.

This stone is clear with no inclusions visible to the naked eye and captures the light beautifully. The Aztec culture held that a gem with this fire and beauty had to have originated in the seas of Paradise. Fire opal is the only natural opal that is normally faceted.
