The garnet is oval shaped, rose cut — a faceting style that creates a flat base with a domed, multi-faceted surface above, so the light plays across it in a warm, shifting glow rather than the direct sparkle of a brilliant cut. The color is a deep, rich burgundy that intensifies in natural light. It’s set in a 14k solid gold bezel with three decorative gold dots at the base of the setting.
