This is a hammered solid gold band ring - rustic and organic in design. It looks naturally worn - as if it has been subjected to dings and bumps over years. The edges are smoothed out and polished where it could have rubbed on the fingers and worn to a shine. This shine around the edges contrasts with the more matte finish of the hammered surface. This could be worn just as a band ring or as a men's or women's wedding band. It measures 3mm wide and is approx. 1.2mm thick - tapered to a comfort fit. It weighs 2.9 - 4.3 grams depending on the size. It is 18k solid gold - not filled or plated - and is stamped so on the inside of the ring.  You can see this same design in a 2mm width here -
